Contract Award Date: Feb 18, 2021 Contract Award Number: 47PD0121C0001 Task/Delivery Order Number: Contractor Awarded Unique Entity ID (DUNS): 006991525 Contractor Awarded Unique Entity ID (SAM): Contractor Awarded Name: TURNER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY Contractor Awarded Address: Baltimore, MD USA Base and All Options Value (Total Contract Value): $31,464,046.00 The project scope consists of approximately 90,000 SF of renovations and tenant improvements on the 4th floor, two new exterior stair tower structures, smoke control system upgrades for the PEB lobby, new HVAC equipment on other floors as indicated in the contract documents, building automation controls, and upgrading the existing BAS controls at the PEB and PEUB Building. As part of the demolition, identified hazardous material removal is expected, including asbestos containing materials and lead based paint. In addition, the subject project will include a renovation to the PEB cafeteria kitchen and serving area. Furthermore, the project includes an option for a full mechanical infrastructure upgrade which would include installing four new rooftop AHUs. GSA has engaged an Architect / Engineering firm - HGA Architects and Engineers to design the project and procured a Construction Manager as Agent - Hill International to assist the Government in meeting its' goals of scope, schedule, budget, and quality during the design, procurement, construction, and closeout of the requirement. Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects The estimated total construction cost for the project falls within the range of $30,000,000.00 and $50,000,000.00.
