Following is a general description of the Project: Loudoun Water (Owner) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and services necessary for the replacement or installation of four (4) valves ranging in size from six (6) to twelve (12) inches in diameter, one (1) crosses, and one (1) twelve (12) inch Insert valve. The work will take place at 2 locations on Sugarland Run Drive, Sterling Va. The bid form also includes an add alternate at a third location. Award to Bidder (Planned) June 29, 2020 Substantial Completion (SC) (if base Bid work only is included) 90 calendar days from NTP Substantial Completion (SC) (if additive alternative is included) 120 calendar days from NTP Final Completion (FC) 30 calendar days from SC For Base Bids greater than $100,000, the Bidder shall include its bid security in the form of a bid bond (using Loudoun Water's standard bid bond form) or certified check in the amount of 5% of the Contract Price
