The tender documents are available through the Electronic Tendering System . Fees may be charged by the Electronic Tendering System to obtain the documents. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee, in the form of a tender bond, in an amount equal to 10% of the total value of the tender, valid for a period of 60 days following the opening of the tenders. This call for tenders is subject to the ACCQO, the ALEC and the AQNB. The City does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received. Moreover, it reserves the right to accept a submission in whole or in part. The City of Deux-Montagnes is not responsible for the distribution of tender documents by the Electronic Tendering System and it is the responsibility of tenderers to ensure that it has all these documents before submitting their tender. Performance and Material Bond 50% is required.
