Briefly, the work covered by this contract includes, but is not limited to, the supply of materials and labor to carry out all the improvement work at Saint-Jude School in Deux -Mountains, and in particular: 1.1.2 .1 Complete repair of toilet blocks; 1.1.2 .2 Replacement of floor covering; 1.1.2.3 The demolition of floor blowings and their replacement with a concrete screed; 1.1.2.4 Painting work; 1.1.2.5 Replacement of doors, frames and hardware; 1.1.2.6 Replacement of metal lockers; 1.1.2.7 The supply and installation of built-in furniture; 1.1.2.8 The demolition of existing interior elements identified in the architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical documents; 1.1.2.9 All work relating to the repair of premises in the existing building; 1.1.2.10 Execution of all works related to the construction and installation of structural, mechanical and electrical elements identified in the documents of the various disciplines. 1.1.2.11 Execution of all works necessary to complete the work required by this contract, even if they are not specifically mentioned in the plans and specifications. Bid Bond 10% is required. Performance and Material Bond 15% is required. Start date : 04 Apr 2022 End date : 14 Oct 2022
