Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the remodel of a medical facility; and laboratory facility.
The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities and irregularities in any bid, or to make awards in the best interests of the Owner. Should bidder require additional attendees, architect shall be notified in writing by Monday, June 22nd if; stating reason for, and number of, accompanying attendees. Building Access for Attendees: Due to COVID-19, Cheyenne Regional Medical Center has one entrance for staff and contractors. It is at the south east corner of the building. Attendees will need to park on level E of the parking garage (entrance is on 22nd Street between Evans and House Avenues), and utilize the elevators/stairs on the east side of building and proceed to the 9th floor.
