As of September 27, 2024, this project is in the design phase. Construction is expected to begin in 2025. The City of Cheyenne, Wyoming, hereby requests proposals for analytical and design engineering of the 19th Street Drainage and Intersection Improvements project. Proposers shall be professional firms with Engineers licensed by the Wyoming Board of Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors (Board) and shall be licensed by the Board prior to submitting their proposal. Firms shall be registered with the Wyoming Secretary of State to do business in Wyoming, including out-of-state business entities. Firms not meeting these requirements will be basis for proposal rejection. *The value for this project is based on a financial range $400,000 - $600,000. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
