Under no circumstances will the District be responsible for contractor's late arrival at the pre-bid meeting and the associated project site walk locations. The sign-in sheet must be signed at the beginning of the pre-bid meeting and at each of the project site walk locations. All participants will be required to leave a business card with their CSLB # and DIR # on it. If the DIR # is not imprinted, please provide on the sign in sheet. Questions regarding this project should be directed to Ken Thomas, Project Manager at kthomas@conejousd.org. Contractors shall register and meet requirements using the online application before bidding on public works contracts in California. Contractor's performance of the Work described in this Notice Inviting Bids is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the California Department of Industrial Relations. You must have a current DIR Registration number to bid this project. Pre-qualification of bidders is Not Required. Bid addenda, when issued, will be available at no additional cost. The following forms are required at the time of submitting the bid electronically: 1 - Bid Form 2 - Designation of Subcontractors 3 - Non-Collusion Declaration 4 - Bid Bond. The apparent low bid will be based on the lowest total base bid.
