Wastewater System Maintenance Painting Main Sewer Plant Clarifier Tanks and Citywide Pump Stations With Associated Work Phase 2 the Any Requests for Bid Documents Must Be Accompanied by Payment in Full. Prime Bidders Must Obtain Bidding Documents From the Engineer. Bids Received From Contractors Utilizing Any Other Bidding Document Source Will Be Returned Unopened. The Contract Will Be Awarded to the Lowest Responsible, Responsive Bidder With the Right Reserved by the City to Reject Any or All Bids for Just Cause as Defined by La R.s. 2214(B). All Prospective Bidders Shall Be Present at the Beginning of the Pre-bid Conference and Shall Remain in Attendance for the Duration of the Conference. Preference is Hereby Given to Materials, Supplies and Provisions Produced, Manufactured or Grown in Louisiana, Quality Being Equal to Articles Offered by Competitors Outside of the State. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by Bid Security Made Payable to Owner in an Amount of 5 Percent of Bidders Maximum Bid Price and in the Form of a Certified Check, Cashiers Check or a Bid Bond.
