It is the intent of the City of Alexandria to secure pricing on Janitorial Services at the Wastewater and Lab Testing Buildings located at 1212 Hudson Blvd., Alexandria, LA 71302. This contract shall remain in effect for a period of twelve (12) months from bid award date. Contingent upon availability of funds and the ability of the successful bidder to honor quoted prices, the City reserves the right to renew the existing contract for a period of up to two (2) additional years, in one (1) year increments. Bid Bond Requirements: A bid bond or check f or N/A% of the total amount of bid. Performance Bond Requirements: In the event bid is accepted, a performance bond shall be required in the amount of N/A%.
