The purpose of this project is to procure a design-build (DB) team to provide documents working drawings and specifications for 607-396 Construct Parking Structure , a Multi-story precast concrete structure approximately 350,000 square feet and 5-levels which includes one partial subterranean level parking. This shall be able to accommodate approximately 900 1000 (700 800 net new spaces) controlled and striped new parking spaces, create new 3 bay truck dock facility with approximately 6000 square foot central warehousing/storage space and administrative support space) and demolition services. The following potential disciplines to be determined by the Design-Build Contractor shall include but not limited to: architectural, landscaping, interior & exterior finishes, structural, geotechnical, civil and landscaping, mechanical, plumbing, fire suppression, electrical, elevators and environmental remediation/decontamination, telecom, controls and security systems.
