Anderson Company, INC., Serving as Construction Manager-at-risk (Cmar), is Requesting Sealed Bids From Qualified and Licensed Subcontractors for the Construction of the New Dekalb County Elementary School, a New One-story, 120,979-square-foot Elementary School Located at 301 Congress Boulevard, Smithville, Tn 37166, for the Dekalb County Board of Education. Only Bids From Subcontractors Properly Licensed in the State of Tennessee for the Type and Amount of Work Bid Will Be Considered. The Dekalb County Board of Education and R.g. Anderson Company, INC. Reserve the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, Waive Informalities or Irregularities, and Award Contracts in the Best Interest of the Owner. All Questions Shall Be Submitted in Writing to Bids@rgandersoncompany.com No Later Than Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 4:00 P.m. (Cst).
