Pressure washing services shall include: o Exterior surfaces of the Courthouse building o All porches Steps o Sidewalks surrounding the building o Removal of dirt, grime, stains, mildew, algae, and other buildup from applicable surfaces Pressure washing services shall include: o Exterior surfaces of the Complex building o All porches o Steps and walkways associated with the building o Removal of dirt, grime, stains, mildew, algae, and other buildup from applicable surfaces Pressure washing services shall include: o Entire Farmers Market floor and building o Removal of dirt, stains, food residue, mildew, algae, and other buildup Cleaning of applicable surrounding areas as directed by the County Mayo Contractors submitting a bid shall provide a total lump-sum price for the pressure washing services described above. The bid price should include all labor, equipment, cleaning solutions, supplies, transportation, insurance, and any other costs necessary to complete the work. The successful bidder shall be responsible for providing all necessary equipment and shall perform the work in a professional and workmanlike manner. The contractor shall take reasonable precautions to protect buildings, landscaping, fixtures, vehicles, and other County property from damage during the cleaning process. All work shall be coordinated with DeKalb County Mayor Patrick Ray prior to beginning.
