Renovation of a water / sewer project in Gainesville, Florida. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
All questions about the meaning or intent of the Solicitation are to be directed to the Purchasing Representative @ odowskirr@gru.com A Bid Bond is required. Responses must be accompanied by a Bid Bond using the Bid Bond form provided and made payable to the City of Gainesville, d/b/a Gainesville Regional Utilities, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the price submitted. A small or service-disabled veteran business, as certified by the City of Gainesville equal opportunity department (EO) will be given a preference of 5% of the total price not to exceed $25,000. Bid Bond - Yes Questions Deadline: July 1, 2020 GRU reserves the right to waive clarifications and exceptions to the Solicitation if determined by GRU to be in GRUs best interest. Gainesville Regional Utilities has received bids submitted to the above referenced solicitation and has determined that it is in the best interest of GRU to reject all bids, and hereby notices its intent to reissue a competitive solicitation for JRK Water Treatment System in the near future.
