The project consists of replacing the boiler and chiller at the Kemper Center, 6501 Third Ave, Kenosha, WI 53143. We recommend face masks be worn by all parties if we are in close proximity in the boiler area. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to select the vendor considered by the County to be most advantageous. Kenosha County reserves the right to request additional information, the right to clarify respon-ses, the right to award a contract for only some but not all of the articles or items in the solicitation, and the right to waive minor irregularities. The County of Kenosha does not warrant or guarantee that a contract will be awarded as a result of this Request for Bid.
