Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Iowa City, Iowa. Completed plans call for the construction of a 37,000-square-foot educational facility.

Project consists of constructing a wrestling practice and operations facility directly south of CHA (Carver-Hawkeye Arena). This new structure will provide additional workout facilities, training areas, locker rooms, office space. The facility will include a steel framed structure over concrete foundations, concrete and steel-stud framed walls, curtainwall exterior walls, fire suppression, fire alarm, HVAC, power, lighting, telecommunications, plumbing, audio-visual systems, interior partitions, doors, casework and wall/ceiling/floor finishes. Site work will include site clearing, grading, landscaping, site furnishings and sustainable stormwater management. A tunnel connection to Carver-Hawkeye Arena will be constructed using excavation and hand-mining methods.
