Completed plans call for the construction of a 6,000-square-foot retail development; 6,000-square-foot day care center; five-story above grade, 101-unit multi-residential development; and 15-story above grade, 155-unit multi-residential development.

This is a Bid/Budget Update request for a Joint Venture project with Swinerton Rubecon. The Senior Building consists of 151 affordable senior apartments on 28,000 sf site bordered by Folsom, Beale, and future Clementina Street. The tower is a 9 story CIP structure with no basement.
