The County of Sacramento is requesting proposals for the planned inspection, maintenance, service, repairs and emergency service of the Radio Site power generators at 11 locations that support regional communications. Please note that the Walnut Grove site has been decommissioned and is not part of this solicitation. The contract award will require Board of Supervisors approval. All generator sites are easily accessible by two wheel drive vehicles and offer 360 degree access to the generators. It is the County's position not to disclose the exact location of sites (there is a map included in the RFP for approximate locations) before contract award in the interest of public safety. There will not be a site visit scheduled. All questions must be submitted via Public Purchase no later than 9/25/2020 1PM PST. Do not wait until the deadline to submit your questions. Failure to request clarification of any inadequacy, omission, or conflict will not relieve the bidder of any responsibilities under this solicitation or any subsequent contract. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that he/she received responses to questions if any are issued. Only written answers posted via Public Purchase will be binding. All questions and answers will be shared with all bidders. The County reserves the right not to award from this solicitation.
