Renovation of a water / sewer project in Santa Rosa, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Due to current Sonoma County heath orders there will be NO Mandatory Bidders Conference . The Bidder's Bond executed by a surety licensed to do business in the State of California as a surety, made payable to the District, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount of the bid must be attached to the vendors response. Vendor technical questions must be submitted via email to Carl Salas at carl.salas@salasobrien.com of Salas O'Brien on or before July 9, 2020 at 3 pm, if an addendum is required it will be issued no later than July 16 , 2020. These are the only forms of notification authorized by the college district. Sonoma County Junior College shall not be responsible for receipt of notification and information received from any other source other than those listed. It shall be the vendors responsibility to verify the validity of all bid information received by sources other than those listed. Time of completion for this project is 365 (Three Hundred Sixty-Five) days and Liquidated damages are $500 per day. Question Cutoff Date 8/20/2020 04:00:00 PM (ET)
