**As of April 20, 2022, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for the award is not yet established.** The Spencer-Van Etten Central School District is soliciting proposals from Construction Management Firms for assistance for a potential capital construction project. The scope of work includes the Preconstruction Services, Construction Phase Services, and Post Construction Activities. The Construction Management Firm should expect to act as agent for the School District, head up the construction activity including fielding a supervisory team to monitor/control the work in progress, operate all monthly requisition and payment processes and keep accounts, handle inquiries, keep records, report on schedule progress and estimate completion cost, prepare punch lists, administer completion and handover process, and administer as-built drawings, warranties, guarantees, etc. for acceptance. Take lead responsibility for the District in matters of Quality Assurance and interface with the contractors Quality Control mechanism. Advise and assist the District on and work with the District in obtaining a mechanical system commissioning agent, and presentation of same are required.
