In general, Work consists of reclaiming, adding aggregate base, grading/shaping, and bituminous paving in a residential neighborhood. Also included is clearing and grubbing, subgrade preparation work as needed, and minor storm sewer pipe replacements. The Project consists of the following approximate quantities: 15400 SQYD Reclaim Bituminous Pavement- 6 inches 3960 CY Aggregate Base, Cl. 5 (100% Crushed) 3465 TN Bituminous Wear, 3C 481 CY Aggregate Shouldering 850 CY Topsoil Borrow (CV) 10818 LF 4" Solid Line Paint - White Epoxy 3967 LF 4" Solid Line Paint - Yellow Epoxy Along with alternates, traffic control, clearing and grubbing, miscellaneous utility improvements, removals, restoration, additional striping, signing, erosion control and correlated appurtenances. No Bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and further reserves the right to award the Contract to the best interests of the Owner. *This project timeline has been extended due to the public health crisis.
