Site work and paving for a road / highway in Prior Lake, Minnesota. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Funding for completion of the design and right of way acquisition for the interchange at TH 169/282/CH 9 and competitive funding application assistance. The county received a legislative appropriation in 2021 for $2.5 million for design and right of way activities. The City of Jordan's cost will be based on the County cost participation policy for design, ROW and construction. To date the County has secured two federal grants for construction but a funding gap remains and the County/City are working to secure additional revenue sources to cover the remaining gap. (seeking both local, state & other federal revenue sources) This project is in included in the Scott County FY 2022-2026 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of March 3, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
