Estimated total project cost: $600,000.00 Deadline for Questions Bidder 07/06/2020 @5:00 PM (local time) Deadline for Addendum(s) NMSU Purchasing 07/15/2020 @5:00 PM (local time) Subcontractor Listing Threshold NMSU Project Manager/Bidder $5000.00 Time for Completion of Work Awarded Bidder 140 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed Liquidated Damages Awarded Bidder $ 1000.00/day A Bid Bond payable to NMSU in an amount not less than 5% of the total bid submitted must accompany each Bid. This serves as a guarantee that, if awarded the BID, the Bidder will enter into a contract with NMSU. This 5% Bid Bond must be in a form satisfactory to NMSU that is executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of New Mexico.
