Doña Ana County is requesting sealed bids for On Call as Needed Plumbing Services. All bids not received by the Submission Date shall be rejected and returned unopened. Bids submitted by Resident Veterans Businesses with annual revenues of Three Million Dollars ($6,000,000.00) or less shall be deemed ten percent (10%) lower than the bid actually submitted. Pursuant to Sec 13-1-131 NMSA, 1984 Comp., as amended, Dona Ana County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, whole or in part, submitted hereunder, provided that such rejections shall be accomplished by a written statement declaring the reason for the rejections. Dona Ana County is requesting sealed bids for On Call as Needed Plumbing Services. The County is interested in entering into an agreement with a firm or firms from the time of award until June 30, 2026, with the option to renew at the discretion of the County for additional three (3) one-year terms. Pursuant to 13-1-153 NMSA 1978 of the NM Procurement Code the County reserves the right to multi award this ITB. The estimated yearly quantities shown are for the purpose of bid evaluation only. Items will be ordered on an "as needed" indefinite quantity basis.
