Per the owner, as of April 27, 2021, seven firms have been awarded for this solicitation and contracts have been signed. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ........... The City of Suffolk has issued this sealed Request for Proposal (RFP) for the sole purpose of obtaining responsive proposals from qualified firms to provide professional engineering services through competitive negotiations for a term contract for water and sewer infrastructure improvements in total referred to as Engineering Services. All questions and/or comments should be directed to her at: agardner@suffolkva.us. The respondents to this RFP shall not contact, either directly or indirectly, any other employee or agent of the City regarding this RFP. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
