For Sodium Hydroxide The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish a contract for Sodium Hydroxide Solution for the City of Portsmouth Lake Kilby Water Treatment Plant, herein afterward referred to as the "City". This solicitation is to establish a term pricing agreement for one (1) year with the option of four (4) additional renewal periods for a total of five (5) years. Bid Bond None Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS/RESPONDENTS ARE HEREBY CAUTIONED NOT TO CONTACT ANY MEMBER OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH PURCHASING STAFF OR OFFICIALS OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED CONTACT PERSON.
