Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Buford, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

This project includes the site grading, building construction, vehicular drives, septic system, utility connections, and associated appurtenances for two new fire stations. Fire Station 1 & 17 will be three (3) bay fire stations with an approximate building footprint of 9,307 square feet. The construction type for both fire stations will be a combination of steel frame and masonry load bearing construction, brick veneer, metal roof and drywall interior in the living quarters. Fire Station 1 will be located at 3126 Gillsville Hwy Gainesville, GA. Fire Station 17 will be located at 5711 & 5719 Holiday Road, Buford, GA. Firms will be tasked perform services during the pre-construction phase and construction phase shall include working with the owner and architect in project planning, estimating, value engineering, and management of construction until occupancy is achieved, and implementing the one (1) year warranty and one (1) year warranty inspection. Construction may include, but not be limited to, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing, furniture and fixture procurement.
