As of July 30 , 2020 project was awarded to Wright Construction Services, $898,000.00 .The start and completion date was not determined yet. Cheatham County Government is Accepting Bids for the RenovationOf the Tucker Empson Building in Ashland City. Bidders Are RequiredTo Be Licensed Contractors in Accordance With State Laws.Please call the Cheatham County Accounting Office Cheatham County Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any and/or All Bids. This project consists of selective interior demolition and repurposing with a new build-out inside the existing building. Work will include drywall on stud partitions, acoustical tile ceilings and interior finishes. Minor work is involved with exterior windows. The mechanical system will be upgraded with new HVAC package units. A new electrical power and data infrastructure will be added as well. Some exterior work will include fencing, pavement markings and motorized security vehicle gates
