The successful Contractor will be required to furnish separate 100% Performance and Payment Bonds unless the Contract price is less than $100,000. City approved bond forms will be sent to the successful Bidder when a Notice of Award is issued. Bids may be held by the city for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bid and investigating the qualifications of suppliers prior to awarding the contract.
