Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Orem, Utah. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a 126,500-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
DFCM Construction-UVU Sorensen Student Center Addition and Remodel. The UVU Sorensen Student Center addition and remodel project includes approximately 30,800 sf of new space and the remodel/refresh of approximately 95,700 sf of existing space. The Sorensen Student Center houses various student departments, is in the heart of the campus, and connects several adjacent buildings, internal corridors, and external pathways. All questions are to be submitted through electronically. Liquidated Damages: $1,500.00. The Division of Facilities Construction and Management reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any formality or technicality in any proposal in the interest of the State.
