Renovation of an educational facility in Orem, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Utah Valley University is requesting bids for the construction of the following project: Services (Including but not limited to Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical Power and Lighting, Telecommunications): Alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation. An electronic copy of a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid amount, made payable to Utah Valley University on AIA's bid bond form A310-2010, must be uploaded and attached to your bid response. If the bid bond is not furnished with the bid, the bid will be considered non-responsive. The awarded contractor, simultaneously with the execution of the Contractor's Agreement, will be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond on AIA bond form A312-2010: - A full 100% Performance Bond covering the faithful execution of the contract. - A full 100% Payment Bond covering all obligations arising thereunder.
