The construction shall meet the requirements of the plans and contract documents. Bid preparation will be in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders bound in the Contract Documents. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and/or all bids. A bid bond or certified check in the amount of 5% of the bid will be required.
