The County intends to establish an on-call contract with a Consultant to provide engineering services on an as-needed basis. The County reserves the right to make one or more awards to the responsible Consultant(s)whose proposals represent the best value to the County. The assignment of work shall be at the sole discretion of the County. All Consultants shall waive any claim of any Consultants against the County for extra compensation or damages arising out of assignment of work by the County. The Agreement period shall be for one year commencing on or about November 2, 2020 after approval and proper execution of the Agreement documents, with a renewal option for five additional years in one-year increments, exercisable at the sole discretion of the County Purchasing Agent or Designee.
