Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.

Trailer Court Water System Improvements The project involves the following: Provision and placement of a prefabricated pumphouse building; Sitework to include construction of a concrete frost wall foundation, provision of electrical service, clearing and grubbing, structural fill, grading, topsoil and seeding, construction of gravel access driveway to pumphouse and gravel access roads to well locations, installation of concrete sidewalk, and installation of chain link fence and gate; Installation of a complete electrical control and remote monitoring system, including all programming and field adjustments to communicate with the Keshena Wastewater Treatment Facility; Installation of two submersible 3 hp well pumps and accessories including electrical wiring, pitless adapters and drop pipe for each well, bollards, concrete pads and well security boxes; Installation of approximately 1,025-feet of 3-inch IPS PE DR11 water main to connect the existing wells to the proposed pumphouse; Connection to existing water system, including installation of approximately 250-feet of 4" C900 DR18 PVC from the proposed pumphouse to the point of connection; Installation of two 4-inch flush hydrants with gate valves on the water distribution system; Abandonment of one community well, 1,000 gallon Tubbs unit, and electrical service. Includes removal of well pump, drop pipe, well house and security fencing; Installation of a permanent backup generator and automatic transfer switch. No pre-bid meeting will be held. The bid package provides allowances with B&M Technical Services as the systems integrator and to provide the controls equipment, Cummins to provide the backup power supply equipment, and Alliant to install the new electrical service.
