Professional/Technical Services, 925-00 Engineering Services, Professional, Design, Architectural/Engineering Services (RFP/RFQ) The Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin is soliciting proposals for professional engineering services to complete field data gathering services, professional engineering design, completion of construction bid documents, aiding in the procurement of construction services, construction management, and construction inspection services for improvements to the community sanitary sewer and water systems in Keshena. BE-22-M60 Sewer Improvements: A. Replacement of the Tribal Office lift station, including concrete structures, pumps, controls/SCADA equipment and back-up generator. This is the main lift station in the community. B. Replacement and/or rehabilitation of gravity sewer mains including manholes and sewer service lines. Depending on the final design (and associated estimated cost), this could include approximately 3,300 feet of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) sewer rehabilitation work, 3,300 feet of sewer replacement, 550 feet of sewer pipe burst replacement, 430 feet of sewer force main replacement, 41 manhole rehabilitation, 22 manhole replacements, and sewer service lines replacement/rehabilitation. BE-23-N11 Water Improvements: A. Replacement of approximately 8,000 feet of water distribution main (directional drilled and open cut combined) B. Replacement of water service lines along route. Est.
