Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Royersford, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
As of 07/30/2020 all bids was rejected and the bid is now rebidding. Estimated cost : $275,000-$300,000 A satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, certified check or bank draft payable to the order of the Borough of Royersford, or cash, in an amount equal to Ten (10%) Percent of the total bid amount shall be submitted with each bid Work will include, but not be limited to: removal of existing concrete and bituminous, grading, installation of a pervious bituminous trail, stamped bituminous, pervious bituminous parking, DWS tiles, landscaping, seeding, signs, site furniture and other related work. This is a prevailing wage job. The Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, gender, creed, color, sexual orientation, or gender identity or expression.
