**As of June 16, 2021, this project has been awarded to GoreCon Inc., in the amount of $498,015.09. Estimated range between $500,000 - $600,000 Work will include, but not be limited to: removal of existing concrete, stone and bituminous, grading, installation of an ADA bituminous path and concrete walk, unit block retaining walls, stamped bituminous, construction of an ADA playground with safety play surface, restriping of existing parking, DWS tiles, landscaping, fencing, seeding, signs, site furniture and other related work. This is a prevailing wage job.
