Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Naalehu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project consists of furnishing supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and all appurtenances to perform lot clearing at all 38 scattered lots in Discovery Harbour. The Contractor shall clear an area 12 feet wide x 20 feet long to allow ingress and egress at all 38 lots. Each lot shall be cleared of all organic material, which may be chipped and left in place, but cannot exceed a depth of 3 inches in any one place. Any material exceeding this amount must be hauled away. Bidders are required to produce a surety bid bond, the bid bond must be scanned . Persons needing special accommodations due to a disability may submit such requests to Richard Speer, Land Development Division, via e-mail to richard.a.speer@hawaii.gov. DHHL will adhere to recommended PPE and Social Distancing requirements A written notice of intention to bid is required and shall be received by the dhhl no later than 2:00 p.M., on july 10, 2020. Submittal of a notice of intention to bid shall be via email to kehaulani.A.Quartero@hawaii.Gov.
