Renovation of a water / sewer project in Spring Valley, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The general scope of work includes the removal and replacement of the interior and exterior coatings on the recycled water storage welded steel tanks. The recycled water storage tank is located in Spring Valley, CA with a capacity of 0.43 MG. The work also includes structural modifications, including, but not limited to, a new overflow pipe, drain pipe, and safety climb equipment in accordance with the contract documents. This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. No contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 [with limited exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under Labor Code section 1771.1(a)]. No contractor or subcontractor may be awarded a contract for public work on a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5.
