Saving Project...

Renovation of a municipal facility in Napa, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The project is located at buildings 1A and 3 at the County's South Campus facility located at 2731 and 2747 Napa Valley Corporate Drive, Napa, CA 94558. The work in general consists of, but is not limited to supplying all labor and materials to remove and replace the roofs on buildings 1A an 3 as specified in the drawings and specifications. Contractor shall possess a Class B or C-39 License at the time of contract award. The Construction estimate for this project is $2,908,000. Bidders shall observe social distancing consistent with the current Health Orders for COVID19. All bidders shall complete the Site Visit Affidavit found in the Proposal Form pages. All questions must be e-mailed, or mailed to John Vicencio at John.Vicencio@countyofnapa.org, Napa County Public Works, 1195 Third St. Room 101, Napa, CA 94559, by July 9, 2020. The Contractor shall possess a Class B or C-39 license at the time of the Contract award. A bid guarantee in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall accompany the bid. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price and a Labor and Material Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price with good and sufficient surety The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
