For Beaver Creek Park Project - Contract No.1 - General The project consists of the construction of a new park for the Town of Farmington on recently acquired lands within the Auburn Meadows and Beaver Creek Subdivisions. Included in the project are the following; one full size little league baseball field, one full size soccer field, a second smaller soccer field, two tennis courts, one basketball court, two access roads off two existing curb cuts, three parking lots with lighting, five foot wide stone dust trails, concrete sidewalks and curbs, landscaping, fencing and stormwater management facilities. Site work associated with these items includes excavation, grading, backfill, compaction, utility installation, paving, erosion control and restoration. Utilities include the following and their appurtenances; sanitary and water services, storm sewers, underdrains, storm structures, electric lines and communication conduit. The project will have two prime contracts, General Construction and Electical. The Town of Farmington, Ontario County, NY, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities, or to make an award to other than the low bidder. It further reserves the right to limit the amount of the award. Attention of the bidders is particularly directed to the requirements of the conditions of employment to be observed and minimum Wage Rates to be paid under the Contract.
