Site work and renovation of a civil project in Brattleboro, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project consists of replacement of a wastewater pumpstation and approximately 780 linear feet of sewer force main, and installation of a new water pump station and meter vault. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form Upon request, Bidding Documents in PDF format will be provided to prospective Bidders who have purchased printed Bid Document. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bidding Documents may be examined electronically by contacting the Engineer, Dufresne Group, at chaskins@dufresnegroup.com. Note that electronic documents are for examination only and all bids must be based off the hard (printed) copy sets provided by the Issuing Office. This project will be partially funded with Federal funds from the United States Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration and therefore is subject to the Federal laws and regulations associated with that program.
