Site work and renovation of a civil project in Harrisburg, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of constructing the following: 1. Construction of 1567 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer pipe; 2. Construction of 13 sanitary sewer manholes; 3. Demolition of two existing sanitary sewer pump stations; 4. Three buried sanitary sewer stream crossings; 5. Civil/site work including erosion control, clearing & grubbing and other miscellaneous work; 6. Miscellaneous restoration activities. Neither Owner nor Engineer has any responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or sufficiency of any Bidding Documents obtained from any source other than the Issuing Office. Obtaining these documents from any source other than the Issuing Office may result in obtaining incomplete and inaccurate information. Obtaining these documents from any source other than the Issuing Office may also result in failure to receive any addenda, corrections, or other revisions to the Bidding Documents that may be issued. Compliance with the Town of Harrisburg's Guidelines for Recruitment and Selection of Minority Businesses will be required on this contract. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and any portion of any bid they deem necessary for the best interest of the Town, to accept any item or group of items unless qualified by the bidder, to acquire additional quantities at prices quoted on the bid form.
