Site work and paving for a road / highway in Harrisburg, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Bids will be opened at 10 am on Tuesday, July 25, 2023. No late bids will be accepted. The party submitting a bid is solely responsible for delivery of the bid at the specified location prior to the deadline for receipt of bids. Any questions must be sent to Mallory Hodgson mhodgson@harrisburgnc.org prior to close of business on Tuesday, July 18, 2023. The Town of Harrisburg will accept bids for the following projects: Resurfacing of various Town streets with S9.5C surface course asphalt. 1. Approximately 41,447 SY of 1.5 milling 2. Approximately 41,447 SY of 1.5 S9.5C resurfacing 3. Approximately 100 TONS of incidental patching and associated milling 4. Restriping approximately 5,592 LF of 4 wide, 90 mil thermoplastic pavement marking lines 5. Restriping 22 EA stop bars, 90 mil thermoplastic pavement marking 6. Restriping 84 EA crosswalk keys, 90 mil thermoplastic pavement marking 7. Restriping 3 EA 90 mil thermoplastic pavement marking symbols All work is to be completed by December 15, 2023 The Town of Harrisburg reserves the right to add or delete from the contract quantities. Please see instructions to bidders for more information. The terms Engineer and Owner are used interchangeably in this document.
