The work generally consists of removing of existing signalized crosswalk located south of Orme, crossing Grove, moving equipment to existing unsignalized crosswalk east of East High School, crossing Grove and re-installing the existing equipment. In addition to re-installing signal equipment, mitigation of existing signal area, new construction of supporting facilities such as manholes, pole foundations, boring of conduit, new wiring, and installation of new pedestal pole with attached electronic blank-out sign. Start Date. The work order on this project shall be issued within 30 (thirty) days after award date, upon Engineer's approval. The non-availability of material shall not prevent working days from being assessed. Working Days. The Contractor will be given 30 (thirty) working days after the Notice to Proceed is issued.
