AJXF 16-1563 Repair Roof & HVAC Navy Facility, Building 1560 The 316th Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Andrews, MD, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to provide construction services to repair the roof and HVAC of Naval Facility Building 1560 at Joint Base Andrews. All work shall be in accordance with (IAW) current industry standards and other specifications as identified in contractual documents. TYPE OF CONTRACT AND NAICS: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) for this effort is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: iive Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) Set-Aside. CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204(f), the magnitude for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Base year plus 6 one-year options 360 Days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) ANTICIPATED SOLICITATION RELEASE DATE: The Government anticipates the release of the solicitation on or about 13 July 2020. The solicitation, when posted, will be available free of charge by electronic posting only and may be found at the beta SAM website located at https://beta.sam.gov. Amendments, if and when issued, will be posted to the above referenced website for electronic download.
