Renovation of a retail development in Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development.
Andrews AFB, Maryland- Burger King Image Update Project Number: 0203-22-000002 This project will renovate the interior of an existing Burger King and adding a double drive-thru. Mechanical and electrical systems will be reconfigured and modified to accommodate Burger King's food equipment requirements. Finishes will be replaced to meet Burger King's trade dress/branding standards. In order to participate in this solicitation, please refer to link provided. Any and all amendments will be posted on our website, and must be acknowledged, when submitting a proposal. https://www.aafes.com/pz-s/construction/ The cost of the project is estimated to be in the range between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
