Competitive sealed bids are hereby solicited from qualified chemical suppliers to provide water treatment chemicals to Salt Lake City Corporation (the "City") for a term of one year at fixed prices. Manufacturers and Distributors are required to submit NSE/ANSI applications to the Utah Division of Drinking Water (DDW) and local health departments. Vendors not listed on the DDW webpage cannot supply fluoride fluoridating water systems. Estimated Annual Usage: Actual requirements may be less than, or greater than, the quantities shown below. Product requirements shall be determined by actual need. It should also be noted that even with the table provided below, forces of nature will be the determining factor in chemicals ordered.
