The contract requirements include all labor, material, equipment, supervision and associated costs in accordance with the solicitation documents to construct a new pile supported pier, dolphins, floating camels, vessel maintenance facility, fuel facility, site improvements, utilities, laydown area, and incidental related work. CLIN 0002 is an Option for the construction of a vessel maintenance facility and associated work.
