Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Bangor, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a military facility.
As of April 15, 2024 an award has not yet been made. The award may likely be announced near the end of June, or early July 2024. Statement of Work: The Contractor shall provide labor and equipment, as required, to accomplish the following work in accordance with the statements herein: Replace various Auxiliary Salt Water (ASW) pump house systems; rehabilitate pump house building 7427. Repair Main Dewatering Pump (DWP) #2 at B7424. Escorts are required. All work must be coordinated through the NAVFAC Engineering Technician (ET). A preconstruction meeting shall be coordinated at least two (2) weeks prior to start of work and include at a minimum the ET, Customer, Contractor, and all required Sub-Contractors.
