Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Design plans call for the construction of a 430,556-square-foot, 3,600-seat educational facility.
Plans call for a new educational complex within the Holmwood Suburban Centre to include two new schools and four athletic fields for 3,600 students from grade 9 to 12. An integrated 90-seat childcare facility will be included. Method of delivery is Design-Bid-Build (DBB). Site address to be confirmed. The neighborhood is east of McCormond Drive and currently undeveloped, with phasing plans anticipating full build out of the area complete by 2030. The site is anticipated to be shared with a community civic center; whether the civic center is a standalone building or integrated into the facility is yet to be determined. TIMELINE: Preliminary planning and design has commenced. Scope of work and schedules may be confirmed fall/late 2025. *Budget is unreleased.
